Package-level declarations

Adds and removes what the tracked config depends on: add-ons, scripts and other configs

Changes the loaded config on the marketplace, for its author only

Shows a marketplace config, by default the tracked one

Lists and searches marketplace configs

Loads a marketplace config and moves between it, local edits and the backup

Publishes the current settings to the marketplace as a new config

Tells other players whether a config works, by default the tracked one

Edits the listing of the tracked config
