MixinClientClockManager

Since 26.3 the overworld clock is read through ClockInstance#totalTicks() instead of the former ClockManager#getTotalTicks(Holder). Tags each clock instance with its definition so MixinClientClockInstance can apply the CustomAmbience time override to the overworld clock.
